How does assembly work?
The assembly is simple and tool-free. Just unpack each module from its compact box, allow the foam to fully expand, and connect the pieces using hidden high-grade YKK zippers for a stable setup in minutes. Manufactured in Japan by Yoshida Kōgyō Kabushikigaisha, YKK is recognized as the world’s leading zipper brand headquartered in Japan.
How do I clean the sofa?
Cleaning is simple — just use warm water and gently dab with a clean cloth. Wrapped in Solar Weave™ Fabric, the sofa is engineered to repel liquids, dry quickly, and handle everyday outdoor messes from sunscreen and snacks to wet paws. It can also be cleaned with bleach solutions. Please use caution when using bleach, as other fabrics on the product may not be bleach-safe.
How much weight can it support?
Our modular sofas are engineered with Rove Lab’s SmartFoam™ technology, designed to prevent damage from weight. It took a 10-ton press to condense the sofa into its revolutionary packaging.
Does the sofa change form over time?
Everything wears over time, but Rove Lab’s SmartFoam technology is engineered to maintain shape, support, and comfort through years of everyday use. Our lifetime warranty ensures you can receive a replacement sofa anytime under the warranty terms.
What is covered by the warranty?
The Rove Lab warranty covers everything. Rove Lab offer a 3-year warranty with free replacement coverage for eligible products.
For SmartFoam™ products beyond the initial 3-year warranty period, customers may still qualify for a replacement by covering only 50% of the current retail value. This replacement program helps cover shipping and handling costs, allowing customers to receive a brand-new Rove Lab couch at a significantly reduced replacement cost.
