No. The Zen Bed does not come with a mattress.
How much weight can it support?
The Zen Bed is engineered with Rove Lab’s SmartFoam™ technology, designed to prevent damage from weight. It took a 10-ton press to condense the couch into its revolutionary packaging.
Do I need tools to assemble my bed frame?
No. The Zen Bed is designed for tool-free assembly, with simple zipper connections so you can set it up yourself without tools or complicated manuals.
How do I clean the Zen Bed?
The Zen Bed features spill-proof Performance Corduroy fabric for easier everyday care. Vacuum regularly to help maintain its longevity, and for spills, blot and spot clean with a clean, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, dry clean or hand wash with cold water and neutral detergent. Do not machine wash or use bleach, and rinse thoroughly to avoid watermarks.
Is the Zen Bed spill-proof fabric?
Yes. The Zen Bed is upholstered in spill-proof fabric that helps protect against everyday accidents, giving you more time to clean up spills and making everyday maintenance effortless.
What makes a good bed frame?
A good bed frame should feel sturdy, stay quiet, and make everyday life easier. Zen checks all three, with a 100% SmartFoam™ construction, soft edges, a squeak-free structure, and tool-free assembly.
How do I choose the best bed frame?
Start with the basics: size, support, height, materials and how it fits your space. If you want something quiet, low-profile and easy to set up, Zen keeps things simple without compromising on comfort or design.
What is covered by the warranty?
The Rove Lab warranty covers everything. Rove Lab offer a 3-year warranty with free replacement coverage for eligible products.
For SmartFoam™ products beyond the initial 3-year warranty period, customers may still qualify for a replacement by covering only 50% of the current retail value. This replacement program helps cover shipping and handling costs, allowing customers to receive a brand-new Rove Lab furniture at a significantly reduced replacement cost.
What is SmartFoam?
SmartFoam™ is a high-density and high-resilience foam system developed exclusively for Rove Lab. Unlike conventional cushioning, SmartFoam™ is engineered to perform a structural role — providing the support, shape and durability that wood, metal and springs deliver in traditional furniture. It is the only foam built to be compressed into a box, expand into form, and hold that form for life.
