What is EcoDry SmartFoam™?

EcoDry SmartFoam™ is Rove Lab's outdoor-engineered foam designed for year-round outdoor living. Unlike traditional outdoor cushion foam, it is breathable, quick-drying, and mold-resistant, helping prevent moisture buildup after rain or humidity. Engineered to stay comfortable through sun, heat, and changing weather conditions, it delivers long-lasting support and performance for patios, balconies, pool areas, and other outdoor living spaces.

How do I clean the stool?

Solar Weave Fabric™ naturally repels liquids and dries quickly. For marks, simply use warm water and gently dab with a clean cloth. Solar Weave is also bleach-cleanable. The fabric is engineered to handle everyday outdoor messes, from sunscreen and snacks to wet paws.

Please be caution when using bleach solutions, as other fabrics on the product may not be bleach-friendly. Avoid staining other fabrics, textures, or materials around the furniture.

How much weight can it support?

The Solaris Stool can support up to 280lbs or 130kg.

Does the stool change form over time?

Materials naturally wear over time, but Rove Lab's products are designed for long-term durability. Our lifetime warranty ensures you can receive a replacement stool anytime under the warranty terms.

What is covered by the warranty?

The Rove Lab warranty covers everything. Rove Lab offer a 3-year warranty with free replacement coverage for eligible products.

For SmartFoam™ products beyond the initial 3-year warranty period, customers may still qualify for a replacement by covering only 50% of the current retail value. This replacement program helps cover shipping and handling costs, allowing customers to receive a brand-new Rove Lab couch at a significantly reduced replacement cost.

Can I leave the Solaris Stool outside all year?

Yes. The stool is designed for year-round outdoor use. Its EcoDry SmartFoam™ and Solar Weave Fabric™ are engineered to withstand changing weather conditions, resisting moisture, UV exposure, heat, and cold. The quick-drying, water-repellent materials help prevent water retention and maintain comfort and performance season after season, making it a durable choice for patios, balconies, pool areas, and outdoor living spaces.

Does it fade in the sun?

No. Solar Weave Fabric™ is UV-stable and fade-safe, keeping colors vibrant even with long-term sun exposure.
