I'm pretty disappointed in this sofa. I love the look of it, but the cushions are so thin, it's like sitting on a slab of concrete. The back of the sofa is very short so there's no leaning back and relaxing. I thought the cushions would be fluffier or fuller with more support for the back and seating. The ads for the sofa seem to be a little misleading regarding the seat cushions. I will be returning this item.
The couch is very uncomfortable, the top pillows need more foam. I like the colour but the pillows also look very messy but mostly it is just not comfortable.
Delivered fairly quickly. Easy to unbox and set up. Looks great! Only thing we don’t love is how slidy the cushions are. Considering using without the seat cushions or getting refilled with an alternate filling (down?)

You would think it soft and comfy but its super hard, and the pillows on top hardly provide any further comfort. I got the outdoor love sofa also and that is comfortable, but this literally makes my bum ache, not happy, as i have back issues and wanted a comfortable lounge. I dont believe any of the reviews that say its comfortable
Received today my ne R4 sectional sofa x 1 ; it took me like less than hour to set it all up by myself ; I was really going back and forth with my decision to purchase this; and I am 100% glad I did . It looks exactly the same as the pictures , and it is really comfortable …, I am a happy customer for sure and the purchase was well spend and I would recommend anyone who needs a good an quality coach….
The fabric is really great but the back of the couch is far too low and digs into your lower back. This has been expanding for almost 2 days and no where near your website measurements. One of the boxes was delivered in terrible shape where the delivery company attempted to tape it up. This is the only box I have open as no point opening anymore as I plan to return for a full money back return
Definately comfy and cosy. Bought mine during the black Friday sales and it arrived fairly quickly considering it was under pre-order and such a busy period. The sofa is in the shade Helium cloud. It's a beautiful crisp white colour. It's a great height, easy to unbox, took about a week to soften up and continues to get softer. The first time I unboxed it it was very firm and hadn't fully expanded. I like the look of this more than the M1. I wish they sold the pillows separately as an option because I'd buy more. They are so soft and cloud-like for sure!

Bought the corner pc as an add on to the R4 sectional. Very satisfied with overall experience. From placing order, delivery, to assembly. The sofa is soft and comfortable gives you a cloud like feel. Highly recommend!
Well it was super exciting to get and open up! Extremely comfortable, but not much back support if you need that, and since being in a bag the arms and corners are much softer than the centre pieces, it doesnt go to completely the shape it should be. Unfortunately you can not zip the pieces together in different shapes, just move them and hope they dont slide away, if you have wood floors get a carpet or something to help. Also the darkest colour we could get was this light green in this model and its a bit disappointing, we would have loved it more if darker. Over all, size is excellent, comfort is great and I have told many friends about it and the great deal we got, so overall a plus.
At first I wasn't sure because the back is quite low. But after a couple weeks I can tell you I love it. Its extremely comfortable. I will add more pillows. Its my dream couch. Super soft and durable. Plus you can move everything around (like the cushions) to get your perfect comfy spot. My cats love it also. Its big!

The couch is so uncomfortable, there is absolutely zero stuffing in the cushions and the cushions aren't fixed to the base, so they move around when you're on them. It's also just a gigantic model, not appropriately sized for apartment living. The return process has taken weeks, first I had to provide proof of the condition of the product (literally had not used it for more than 2 days, in perfect condition), waited a week to get the return processed, then had to wait two weeks for a local carrier to schedule a pick up (that was a painful process as well as I had to leave work on short notice to be home to ensure it was received) and now have been waiting a week to be refunded. Not a fun process or comfortable couch. Learned my lesson, will not be ordering furniture online ever again.
The couch is a little too low and I bought this for my daughter and the cushions do not stay in place. The couch looks messy all the time. The top loose cushions should be part of the sofa, chair and ottoman. It would look a lot neater.

It’s nice, love the colour. Not the comfiest though. Definitely was expecting it to be softer/ comfier. It’s been a few weeks now and the Pillows are still pretty flat. Not super happy to be honest.
The back is so low, I need so many extra pillows to sit on it. And once you sit, the cushions look like they went through a hurricane. When cushions are in place, it looks comfy and inviting. So deceiving.

It is everything it says and it is as pictured! I've already dropped chocolate icecream on my white couch and it did not stain at all. I do wish the pillows were sturdier so I could get more back support when sitting up. It is low but it's perfect for our season of life right now as our toddler is starting to climb onto and jump off of things.

Setup was easy. Everything was comfortable enough to use even before arranging everything in the way I wanted it (2x2 in my case). Came with a LOT of pillows.
Relatively quick delivery even to regional Queensland Couch is comfortable and big. Only thing wasn't expecting was the bottom cushions not offering much cushioning, so its not the most long-term sitting comfortable. Super easy to assemble which is always a plus. Surprisingly offers ok back support even not being against a wall (which we were afraid that wasn't the case not having a "hard" back)
Love the way it looks!! It was harder than I expected it wouls be however I see that as a sign of lasting a long time. I did buy cut up memory foam to add to the cushions for extra comfort. Over all great product!!
